On August 13, 2024, Mobile Infrastructure Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Earnings Press Release”) regarding the Company’s financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2024. A copy of the Earnings Press Release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
