Sam is the partner-in-charge of professional practice in KPMG LLP’s national office. Prior to this role, Sam was the partner-in-charge of the SEC group in KPMG LLP's national office. Prior to joining the national office, Sam was the Area Risk Management Partner for KPMG's Southwest Area, a partner in KPMG's US Capital Markets Group in Hong Kong, and a partner in the Houston office. Sam is a member of the PCAOB Standing Advisory Group, the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council and the Professional Practice Executive Committee of the Center for Audit Quality.
