To whom it may concern;
                                             
I am a day trader that is very concern about the new Minimum Quote     
Size Rule. It seems to me that no matter what the Market Makers want   
they get. They are constantly manipulating the stocks prices to
only benifit themselves and the small trader or investor loses. 
With this new law they will be able to take the bite out momentum by 
lowering the amount of shares to 100. Please think of the small investor 
before you give these greed mongers any more
advantages.
