 I approve, I think that we as market makers should be allowed to show
customer orders in stocks we make a market in, irregardless of the minimum 
quote rule.  I think we should keep the minimum quote rule in affect. 
Just that in the instances of customer orders for less then the minimum 
we should be allowed to quote a size correspondent with the customer order.
