Failure to act on the actions of the DTC regarding short selling will be
like exposing your organization as being disrespectful and irrelevant.  The
fact that the practices, which have instigated at least 63 companies to want
to withdraw from the DTC, have gone unchecked for so long speaks a lot about
the archaic regulations established before 1950.  The world has changed,
investing has changed.  Fraud is rampant in the most well-known circles.  Is
there no hope for the little guy?  I certainly hope not.  Please show that
at least an effort is being made regarding the DTC and the alleged
negligence they have demonstrated.
