   I am enthusiastic about the opening of Boston Options Exchange. 
If Chairman Grasso of NYSE could be fed a nice $140 million pay 
package, why should us small investor get a price break of a few 
pennies. Shouldn't the SEC serve the small guys as much as the 
institutions and brokerage industry? 

   Please kindly give green light to Boston Options Exchange.
