I am in favor of allowing the Boston Stock Exchange to allow trades in between 
the BBO. This is a no-brainer. It will offer better prices to the end customers 
and greater efficiancy in the market. To do otherwise would delay progress and 
be a victory for the old boys; they have had enough victories.
