There are many reasons why the Boston Exchange, its structure and its rules will provide great benefit to the end user of their product. In fact it remedies almost every problem that the International Securities Exchange (ISE) implied it would remedy before it became a carbon copy of the existing exchanges without the burdensome cost of their own regulatory department. It is time that these markets and exchanges are handed to the citizens of the United States and if that is not possible then it is time to open the doors to aggressive competitors as the Boston Exchange clearly promises to be. Approval is good for the taxpayers and good for America. Sincerely, Ted Kreuser
