Dear SEC,
 
It is my belief that BOX - SR-BSE-2002-15 does represent a better pricing 
mechanism for options than those currently available to the public.  I also 
admit that I am unaware of any counter arguments and must ultimately defer 
to your judgement on this matter.  However it is my opinion that you should 
allow the Boston exchange to introduce BOX trading of options at least on a 
trial basis.
