You people are the foxes watching the chicken coop.

You know exactly what i mean.
The retail investor has been robbed over and over by the likes of JP Morgan, 
Merril, Citigroup etc etc,
and all the other franchise holders.
Any wonder that mom and pop just dont trust the markets anymore?
This proposal to reduce the spread on options has to be implemented and 
thereby allow small investors
keep as much of their gains as possible.
The SEC to me is just another set-up run by the BIG BOYS to fleece the 
ignorant public.
Dont you think its about time to nail the big guys from Enron, MCI, tc etc 
and put them in jail and throw away the key?
As you can see, my patience is running out.
So. for once, dont let the BIG BOYS rob the retailer, and approve 
Box-SR-BSE-2002-15.

We'll see if you people are still manipulated by the BIG BOYS.
