Dear Secretary Katz:
 
I urge the SEC to approve BOX - SR-BSE-2002-15.  This is a splendid idea, 
in my view. We the smaller investors need the benefits this exchange can 
provide. I am sure the big players in the market will fight to maintain 
the status quo, just as many of them have complained about the decimalization 
in the stock exchanges. This rule is good for the investing public, and 
I fervently hope that the SEC will give us the advantages offered by the 
Boston Options Exchange.
