Allowing the large option exchanges and brokerages an advantage provides no useful economic advantage to America, other than lining the pockets of a select few within these companies. Whereas, best price availability has the opportunity to line the pockets of tens of thousands of individuals with trickle down to the government itself. Give the people of America the opportunities they need and deserve and they will deliver. However, favor the few large institutions that lobby hard, and the government and people will eventually lose. You decide. My vote goes to keeping BOX and any other regulation that favors and protects the American individual taxpayer and voter. Thanks for your time. jim engelken
