To the SEC:
Please approve the new Boston Options Exchange and its
proposed rules.  I like the electronic matching of
orders and the PIP (Price Improvement Period).  It is
time that retail customers can trade without market
makers ripping them off.  Do away with the existing
oligopoly!  Thank you in advance for your approval.
