I envision an options exchange where spreads are measured in pennies not nickels and dimes; 

 

Where all investors are on equal footing with market makers;

 

Where those who better price and liquidity are embraced not shunned;

 

Where the goal is to create the best pricing for investors not to protect market maker franchises;

 

This vision is represented by The Boston Stock Exchange.
