To whom it may concern:
 
I would like to express my concerns and pleadings for the SEC to approve 
the BOX rule.
 
The introduction of BOX will be of great benefit to market participants 
like myself because there will be price improvement over NBBO. Also, 
because customers may participate on both sides of a PIP, there will be 
more customer-to-customer trades. I believe that all of this will make 
the effective spreads paid by participants diminish. I also believe it is 
in the interest of fairness to all market participants to approve the 
BOX rule.
