Spreads are overly big and minimum tick amounts are likewise gouging in price. The proposed Boston Options Exchange (BOX) would seem to solve many of these problems and bring more fair trading and prices to people such as me. I strongly encourage you to allow introduction of the BOX exchange for these reasons. Ignoring consumers and preventing or crippling the BOX at the request of the existing options infrastructure and firms would be nothing more than legislating theft from my and other traders pockets into theirs. Sincerely, Chris Cobb Miami Beach, FL 786-271-1166
