We find the proposed rule to be an unreasonable burden on market makers.
     
If enacted, our ability to raise capital could be adversely affected due to 
a lack of market makers and the resulting loss of liquidity for potential 
investors.
     
We are pleased to provide audited financial to any market maker who asks, 
but the market maker is not an auditor, and they should not be placed in 
that position.
