Dear Sirs;
     
This proposed amendment will impose regulatory oversight on market makers 
that will make it cost prohibitive for small companies like ours to have 
priced quotations in the market place.
     
We fully support the strengthening of rules to fight fraud in the microcap 
markets, however these amendments are not the answer. The amendment will 
adversely affect our ability to finance the current and future growth of our 
company.
     
Please block the rule's adoption.
