We strongly request you to reject the amendment to impose regulatory 
oversight on marketmakers.  The rule would make it impossible to sell penny 
stocks.  As a new company engaged in medical device invention, production and 
distribution, we will need all the help we can get with financing.  Certainly 
not the interference of yet another stifling rule.
