As an investor in emerging microcap stocks since 1988, I urge the SEC to 
reconsider making market makers responsible for verifying info on securities 
in which they make a market. I feel this will scare legitimate market makers 
away and bring in undesirable market makers, ultimately destroying our 
incubator for emerging technologies.
     
Please reconsider destroying the very thing that made the U.S. what it is, 
EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES that need to raise capital.
