You have got to be kidding with this new set of rules you will destroy many 
legitimate businesses and a chance for people who may not have the money to 
invest in the DELLS of this world and are comfortable with things the way they 
are.If you really want to do something constructive I have two suggestions. #1 
do not allow the repurchasing of an otcbb for 30 days no matter what after 
selling. #2 Get some guidelines inor rope in CNBC,This tv channel is directly 
responsible for the rise and fall of many stocks,and many times just on the 
stupid comment of their quote ''so called expert.I could write volumes on what 
they have done,but just allowing them to play the record shake shake shake 
over and  over again       while k-tel was going thru to roof last year in it 
self was asinine,then theres the Cramer remarks,and the day that small net ran 
from 2 to 37 on false reporting by Kernan in 25 minute,or marge or remarks 
about rmii,the list is never ending,theres a major problem,why not tackle it.
