Dear Sirs:
     
I am President of Butte Highlands Mining Company a OTC-BB listed company.  I 
am aware of the need for eliminating fraud in the smaller companies, but do 
not think that the amendments will help, but will hurt the small companies.  
PLEASE DO NOT AGREE TO THESE CHANGES
