This is to express our opposition to proposed amendments to Rule 15c2-11 
regarding legal responsibility of market makers for the accuracy of the 
financial statements of  the companies thaey make markets in. This is 
unrealistic and a potential boondoggle.
     
Market makers will simply cease to make markets.
