I support S7-48-02. I worry, however, that some rogue mutual fund
companies will try to use this to provision to raise expenses, even though
this should really lower the overall expenses of the fund (electronic
distribution is SO much cheaper than the cost of paper and mass mailing to
people who are not interested).
