It makes no sense to exclude some investors by considering internet roadshow slides a "writing" while live roadshow slides are not. Companies often do abbreviated roadshows and don't travel to every city. This rule would discriminate against investors outside of Boston and New York. These rules need to be brought into the 21st century.
