As an individual I purchase mutual funds.  With regard
to this proposal, I feel that obviously a mutual funds
management should make public their votes of proxies.

Moreover, it would seem to me that the individual
mutual fund holders should be proxied for what the
proxy on the stock held by the mutual fund should
be returned as.
