Subject: disclosure for mutual funds (s7-36-02)


Please adopt a full disclosure of proxy votes for mutual funds. As an 
investor in these funds I think I should have that information available 
to me.  I think the quote "Sunlight is the best disinfectant" is quite 
appropriate.
