From: ReuKrolick@aol.com Sent: Tuesday, October 29, 2002 2:27 PM To: rule-comments@sec.gov Subject: File no: 57-36-02 I strongly support the proposed S.E.C.rule requiring Mutual Funds to report, in every instance and on every individual question, how they voted the shares they posses in their portfolio. They should also be required to explain the reason(s) for their vote on each question. Reporting such information is in the best interest of investors and insuring the vitality and integrity of the economic aspects of our society. The S.E.C. also needs to act to maintain similar transparency in all other areas of the financial community where it has jurisdiction.
