I definitely would like to be informed as to how my mutual fund 
managers have voted on my proxy.  I am a small investor that is 
struggling to amass a nest egg that will provide me with a decent 
retirement.  My vehicles to accomplish this are my 401-K and Roth 
IRA's.  All of my investments are in mutual funds.  The more informed 
I am, the better decisions I can make.  Simply, if I don't feel that 
my mutual fund manager voted my proxy in my best interest, I'll take 
my business elsewhere, thus making that manager think twice about 
who he is working for.
