I urge the SEC to create and enforce this rule. As a mutual fund owner also owner of stock in various corporations I don't see why this kind of secrecy is needed. A mutual fund should include a list of its voting activities for the its ten largest equity holdings in its annual report. As we watch our money being siphoned off by fat-cat corporate bums and thieves who call themselves management, I keep wondering what you're doing. Obviously not much.
