Subject: Mutual fund disclosure rule

Dear SEC,

	I'd like to urge you to pass the proposed rule requiring 
mutual funds to disclose to shareholders their proxy 
voting policies.  It is important after all of the 
recent scandals, that their be full disclosure on important 
investment decisions.
