Subject: Mutual Fund Proxy Voting Disclosure

 

 

I am writing in support of the SEC's proposed rule to require mutual fund 
companies to disclose how they vote on corporate proxy resolutions. I am 
concerned that in the light of Enron, Tyco and Arthur Anderson that there 
are other issues still outstanding that could involve scandals.  I believe 
that disclosure will help me know whether the manager of my mutual fund is 
acting in a manner that reflects my wishes 

 

I own mutual funds, I am a trustee on three pension funds, and we must be able 
to act and invest with all the information possible.
