Katz Secretary Securities and Exchange Commission 450 Fifth Sreet, NW Washington, DC 20549-0609 Re: File No. S7-36-02 Dear Secretary Katz: In this new era of better public information, I would strongly urge for full proxy voting disclosure in the mutual fund industry. Being denied such knowledge, I, as a trustee, would have conflicting decisions about the possibility of a company which may vote against the better interests of fund participants. Working in the best interest of all fund participants is the prudent man rule and the fiduciary responsibility of all concerned. Sincerely, Joseph T. Gallagher Trustee Local #6 Asbestos Workers Annuity Fund Boston, MA
