Dear SEC Secretary,

I am writing to oppose the SEC's proposed rule to require mutual fund companies 
to disclose how they vote on corporate proxy resolutions. Mutual funds represent 
the financial interests of 90 million Americans, not the narrow interests of 
special interest groups such as the labor unions who have promoted this proposed rule. 

I urge the SEC to reject the proposed proxy voting rule.
