My comments below refer to file number S7-36-02:

My husband and I are retired and live off the profits generated by our mutual funds.

I have tried repeatedly to find out which of the companies owning my mutual funds 
are working to protect the investors rather than to further a cozy relationship 
with the companies whose stocks they own in order to get more 401K accounts.  I have 
had no success.   I find this quite distressing as I would like to give my business 
to the company looking out for the best interest of their investors.

Please make proxy votes of mutual fund companies public and easily accessible.  As an 
investor I want to move my money to the companies looking out for my interest...despite 
my best efforts, at this point, that is not possible.
