As an investor in a mutual fund, I want to express my hopes that you will put 
into effect the proxy voting disclosure requirements being proposed in File 
No. S7-36-02. Awareness of how a mutual fund votes by proxy can often be 
material to an investor's financial decisions, increasing one's awareness of 
behavior that could be of benefit or detriment one's investment goals. As such, 
a mutual fund ought to be required to provide such information to its investors. 
Regardless of your final decision, though, let me thank you for the consideration 
given to this matter, for that alone is a dramtic step in the right direction.
