Subject: mutual fund proxy votes (S7-36-02)

I strongly urge the SEC to adopt rules mandating that mutual
funds must inform shareholders of their proxy votes. The
money they are controlling belongs to me and every other
individual investor that supports their fund. I have a right
to know that the votes are in support of my interest and not
to further relationships between mutual funds and other
parties.
