Dear SEC Secretary,

I support the SEC's proposed rule to require mutual fund companies to 
disclose how they vote on corporate proxy resolutions. Responsibility 
and accountability should be required of mutual funds and publicly 
traded companies as well. issues that matter to me.  I want potential 
conflicts of interest exposed.   

Please stand for corporate accountability and vote in favor of the 
proposed proxy voting rule.
