Dear SEC People,
 
I am one of the little guys out here who has some investments, most of them in 
mutual funds. I am very much in favor of requiring mutual funds to disclose their 
proxy votes. I feel this requirement will (1) keep the mutual fund managers more 
inclined to run the fund for my benefit and (2) help remove some of the distrust 
felt by many of us due to the shenigans in the financial world that have recently 
been exposed.
