Subject: Regulation FD

I am Harold Wilkinson, a retired self employed 
manufacturer's representative who manages all of my 
family's retirement income, almost all of which is in 
the stock market.
     
I strongly endorse the adoption of the selective 
disclosure rule. These are publicly owned companies 
that are publicly traded. There should be no question 
that the public is as entitled to be told first.
