Date: 03/21/2000 9:16 PM Subject: Selective Disclosure I support the SEC's proposal to limit the selective disclosure now practiced by many of the largest publically held companies. i have noted numerous examples of such disclosure: recently the preannouncement by Xerox that they would have an earnings shortfall was not widely available to the public. A summary announcement was made publicly but details were dribbled out apparently to selected sources. I complained to their investor relations and then sold the stock. Arthur E. Wilkin, Jr. 3504 Ft.
