Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I just wanted to say that I fully support the above named proposed regulation. 
From my experience as an individual investor, a CPA and a writer and portfolio 
manager for the Motley Fool, I've realized more and more of the many ways in 
which the institutions seek to abuse their access to company management and 
personnel. The selective disclosure of information is something that should 
stop. As owners (or potential owner) of the business whose shares we own, all 
individual investors have the right to equal access to information.
     
As an individual investor, I will also say that I fully appreciate the SEC's 
efforts on our behalf.
