Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Gentlepersons,
     
I am 100% in favor of your proposed regulations that will level the 
playing field for all equity investors by preventing "selective 
disclosure" of financial data by companies.
     
I am an individual investor not employed by the securities industry. I 
depend on accurate information, made available to everyone, to make my 
investing decisions. I use the various SEC filings and historical data. 
My primary medium for obtaining this information is the Internet.
     
When information is withheld from me but given to other more privileged 
investors, it creates inequities in the free market. I see this 
situation as similar to companies withholding material information from 
all investors.
     
I believe the SEC has worked hard to create an environment where our 
economy can grow based on honesty, not deception. I applaud your past 
efforts and encourage you as you continue dealing with the challenges 
and opportunities of the future.
