Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Dear SEC - 
     
I applaud the initiative to level the playing field and eliminate selective 
disclosure of information. While the practice of selective disclosure will 
always exist to some degree I believe that your proposal will send a strong 
signal that such action is not acceptable.
