Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I strongly support the proposed regulation.
     
I have been hurt by not knowing information about  a company at the same 
time as others and I have benefited by information I learned during 
conference calls companies host.  Most individual investors do not have 
access to analysts and deserve to learn material information as soon as 
it is disclosed.
     
I am an individual investor and also invest as a trustee of a pension 
plan.
