Subject: Comment on Proposed Regulation FD

To whom it may concern:
     
        As a small investor, I must comment in favor of Proposed
Regulation FD. 
     
        It is incomprehensible to me that it remains "legitimate" for
insiders to profit from information which has been selectively disclosed. 
Simply put, there is no place whatsoever for selective disclosure in 
today's national and international securities markets. 
     
        The information world has changed in recent years and the Proposed
Regulation FD will make our securities markets more efficient.  I trust 
the SEC will resist the efforts of the big-money vested interests.  Thank 
you for listening to the voice of one small investor.
