Subject: SEC guidelines ie; insider
 
 Sounds like someone is doing their job to protect the markets and the
individual consumer. Time for the new rules are here. Wallstreet shouldn't be 
allowed access to insider information anymore. I'm not a genius but isn't 
insider trading illegal? These seem to go hand in hand although somehow they've 
been getting away with it for years.
