Subject: Proposed Regulation FD comments
 
Good afternoon,
     
I am writing in support of Proposed Regulation Fair Disclosure.  I believe 
that the public should have free and open access to disclosed corporate 
information.  Being an independent investor, grew tired of funding my 
brokers BMW, I feel that Wall Street should not be privy to any information 
that can be so readily available in this day and age using that thing called 
"Internet".
