Dear Sir or Madam:
     
As a recent economics graduate, I understand the importance of a free, 
unfettered market.  This most especially includes information, and for 
this reason I applaud this proposed regulation as a breath of fresh air 
for small, independent investors.  For too long public companies have 
been selective about what they disclose to their shareholders, with 
small investors often frozen out of the free flow of information.  The 
proposed regulation FD goes a long way to remedying this problem, and I 
strongly urge its immediate adoption.
