Pass this regulation please.
     
 The regulation for Fair Disclosure would help narrow the gap between the 
Wall Street analysts and the people like me, the individual investor.
     
With the computer world of tomorrow the analysts will be entering a new world 
themselves.  Lets make it  a  more fair world of investing
